(PM) Preventative Maintenance Plan

CILS will:

  • supply a fully qualified technician to check over your machine (we will try to provide the same technician to perform your PM each time)
  • fully manage your program for you - you don't have to keep track of when your machines need their maintenance
  • grease, lube, adjust and clean equipment
  • go over machines - looking for burnt contactors, cracked or worn belts, noisy bearings or any other potential problems that may affect the future operation of your machinery
  • notify customer of any needed repairs before performing the work
    obtain and maintain a machinery database for each customer
  • train your personnel on proper use and care of machines - greasing, cleaning , lubrication, testing safety features
  • schedule our PM's to maximize your production - we will work while your staff sleeps, if necessary
  • offer a 10% discount on labor charges on any additional service calls when you become a "Preferred Customer" by purchasing a Preventative Maintenance Plan
  • supply a recommended "spare parts list" for you upon request

Most service company's programs are "planned" maintenance programs, where the manufacturer specifies what maintenance work needs to be done, and the service company completes only that work. These plans will take care of factory recommended adjustments and lubrication maintenance on a regular basis. Other plans help maintain your equipment - but CILS can offer you more!

Our "Preventative" Maintenance programs will not only take care of the factory recommended adjustments and lubrication maintenance - our technicians will thoroughly check your machines for any problems that may affect the future operations of your equipment. One of our technicians will personally evaluate your machinery to "tailor-make" a plan to fit your needs. Our plans are dependent on the type of machinery you possess. CILS technicians have the experience to determine when parts are on the brink of failure.

We can catch potential problems before they become real problems that mean down-time for your department or business.

After your machines have been checked out, CILS will make a complete list of parts needed and work that should be done to your machines to keep them running at peak performance. We will advise proper personnel of any problems found, and work will not be completed until approved by an authorized agent of your company. If possible, all work will be completed at the time of the initial visit. Any additional labor & travel charges will be billed at CILS' prevailing rates.

Due to the extensive brands of equipment CILS repairs, it is impossible to carry a full parts inventory in our service vans. With this in mind, CILS will supply you with a suggested spare parts list for your equipment. If your facility stocks the recommended spare parts, the down time could be reduced considerably and additional trips could be avoided.

Any customer purchasing a suggested spare parts kit will receive a discount off the parts purchased.

Only CILS offers a "Preferred Customer Plan". Setup a Preventative Maintenance Plan from us and receive a 10% discount on labor charges on any additional service calls.

CILS will schedule your PM to maximize your production. Our technicians will perform your PM after hours or on weekends, if necessary, so your equipment won't have to be shut down during peak operating periods.
